Prices
The prices at feathercomfort.nl are always including VAT and exclusive shipping- and administration costs. The shipping- and administration costs are € 15,- per order. Consider extra costs for the use of payment by credit card. If you choose to pay by iDeal or by advance payment, then no extra costs will be added.

Direct delivery from own storage
Every product tells the real-time supply status of our storage. If a product is temporarily sold out, please leave your e-mail address at the product page. You will receive an automatic e-mail as soon as the product is in stock.

Delivery time with advance payment
If you choose to pay by advance payment, please consider a booking time of one to three workdays. As soon as we received your payment, you will receive an e-mail and the order will be shipped within three workdays.

Tracking online
In the order confirmation you will find the TNT package code. This will allow you to track the order on the website of TNT post.

If you are not at home
If you are not at home for delivery, the order will be offered again the next day. If you miss this delivery as well, you are able to pick up the package at the post office.

EXCHANGE & RETURN


Seven days cooling off period
You are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you have made a mistake? No problem. At Feather Comfort you have seven days to exchange or return. For hygienic reasons it is important that the product is complete, unused and in the original undamaged packing. Products that are damaged or used are not allegeable for exchange or return.

Before you can return a product, you must be in the possession of a return number. You can apply for a return number at customer service.

Stage plan return and exchange
Do you wish to return a package? We ask you to abide to our stage plan. This will ensure a quick return:
1. Contact our customer service that you wish to return.
2. You will receive an e-mail confirming your request.
3. You will receive an e-mail with instructions regarding shipping the product.
4. After receiving your shipment, Feather Comfort will send a confirmation.
5. We will exchange the product (if in storage) or deposit the purchase amount within ten days, pending your request.

Costs
The costs for shipping a product are at own expense. The costs will not be reimbursed.
